How long will it take my order to be delivered to me?

The items you buy will take 2 to 5 working days to be delivered to your home within Lebanon.

How much is the delivery charge?

The delivery charge is 10000 LBP. We offer free delivery if your purchase is greater than 200000 LBP.

How do I track my order?

You can track your orders in “My Account”, the “Order” section. You can also track them via the order ID that you had received by email.

Can I exchange any product?

Is it possible to order a product that is not posted on the website?

Yes, you may order any product even if it is missing from the website. You can request it via the Contact Us form, and we will have it ordered and delivered to you.
